The movers were caring, respectful and never complained - even when we had them move a batch of desks in and of one of our office spaces as they didn't fit as well as we planned initially! Hahahaha, the team really was helpful and considerate on keeping under or at the quoted time that was initially given. They took amazing care of our belongings and even entertained our 14 month old daughter. They did not disappoint. The team made it very easy from start to finish: Kyle responded to my initial inquiry on the same day and provided an estimate within minutes (with cost breakdown). The movers arrived on time and quickly got to work. Femi & Cameron were professional, careful, and did an excellent job in wrapping and moving my furniture. I think FSM’s rates are fair, they are customer focused and their service exceeded expectations. Even my husband was impressed! When unloading at the new house, they didn't just dump our stuff and go, they offered staging services. "Can I unroll this rug for you? Where does this dresser go?" And while they were fast, they were also very careful with all of our things - wrapping items, doors and such. We had a unique move in that we had them store all of our items in the garage initially (we're waiting on flooring) but the way they stored the items was perfect - in rows, with clearance to move and find things easily. We are using them again to move the items from the garage into the house once the flooring is installed.
