I called Kyle asking if they maybe found one in their truck. He went out of his way to get a new screw - and helped me put it up! Our 2 movers Carlos and Jose were amazing...friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. They took great care with everything they handled and cautious of doorways and walls. I even had them move a piece of marble I was going to take to the dump and told them it was garbage but they couldn't help themselves from just giving it a quick wrap to transport. Also, their moving blankets were really clean. I've noticed with other movers they often have dirty blankets that that wrap your upholstered goods to protect them which isn't effective. Each phone call I had with both of the owners, their demeanors were very pleasant and their pricing was competitive. No hidden fees and completed the job in the estimated time as well. I was pleasantly surprised that they blanketed each doorway so no accidental scuffs and added a rug on my stairs to keep it clean. They even brought blankets to wrap everything with and the items in the truck are tied down and very sturdy.
