Gratuity is never required but is greatly appreciated. If you felt that the movers were careful, efficient and attentive a tip is a nice way to thank your movers for a job well done. In a case where you can’t leave a tip, a great option is to give your movers a good review or refer them to friends/family.

Always. We wrap all your furniture with our thick high-quality moving blankets and shrink wrap prior to moving your items in our moving trucks.

Yes, of course. We recommend to have a well thought out plan of where you would like your furniture to go before the movers arrive to your new home. This will save you time and money.

Yes, we provide wardrobe boxes that are free of use. We just need them back after the move is complete.

Yes, with some restrictions. We do not reassemble pool tables, home gyms, play sets, or trampolines. Pro tip: Our crews may ask you to sign a waiver when reassembling certain items – it’s meant to protect both you and our crews, but always feel free to call the office if you need more information.

Every move is unique. Depending on the size of your home, walking distance, stairs, etc. Will determine how many movers are required for each move.

Typically an in-home estimate takes between a 1/2 hour to an hour of your day.

It is always better to plan ahead. The 1st and last week of a month get very busy. We recommend at minimum two weeks in advance.

The crew leader will bring his iPad/smartphone. When the move is complete you will sign them out and digitally complete the transaction. Our preferred method of payment is debit/credit card or cash. Unfortunately we can not accept checks.

Of course, the move will go ahead as scheduled.
